Registered uses of Dr Dang's Lab get a full history of their records maintained online for a few years. This includes details of all your previous lab reports.

To avail this facility, remember these simple pointers:

1.       Always remember to quote your permanent id at our Reception desk when coming in for a Test.

2.       All patients who mention their permanent id - will be able to check their records online anytime in the future (for a limited number of years) at no extra charge !

3.       Register once with your details on our site - and all your future records will get updated to your account - as long as you mention your permanent id !

Where is my permanent Id?
Your permanent id is generated when you come to our lab for the first time: and can be found on your registration slip as follows:

How do I register?
Simply go to our website's registration section on the left menu and enter your details. The first time you register- you will be asked to enter your permanent id and password as it appears on any on of your registration slips.  Once the data is in our systems, all future reports for this user will appear when you login to the site with your details. Remember- Always quote your permanent id on your future visits to the lab and also, remember your login details to access the reports on the website! Keep this information safely !
